Office Assistant

Duties include: answering phones, sending faxes, conducting client intakes with discretion, typing and data entry, filing, auditing of files for compliance with oversight authorities, inventory and order supplies, becoming familiar with agency policies and procedures, and ensuring availability of agency forms.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be able to pass a drug test, be skilled at establishing and maintaining effective, working relationships with co-workers, policy-making bodies, third-party payers, clients, and the public; be professional and adhere to confidentiality requirements at all times; take initiative and work with minimal supervision, and maintain an organized and inviting workspace.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in medical/behavioral health setting preferred. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check.

ChangePoint Behavioral Health is currently seeking to fill a substance use disorder counseling position. We are looking for a certified CADC, ACADC or SUDA to join our team. Duties include but are not limited to: providing SUD services to individuals, facilitating group counseling, and completing documentation to agency standards.
